Millennium Westshore

This apartment was very nice and well kept when we moved in in 2021. Since 2021, there has been a steady decline all around with a significant amount of difficulties during our time living here. I would not recommend this apartment to someone as of now. It appears the apartment is going to be under new management soon so hopefully they are able to improve in the future. Pros -The maintenance staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. -There are options for balanced room sizes for roommate situations. Cons -Cars get broken in here relatively often (stated by the cop who did my police report). My car was broken into during broad daylight. The following year my car was vandalized (pieces ripped off of it). The property has no cameras to assist with break-ins. Be cautious if you have a car of value. -Construction has been ongoing since we moved in 2021-2023 and it appears there is a never ending list of projects. This has caused a wide array of inconvenience (loud noises, fire alarms being set off so frequently you begin to disregard it, limited access to personal balconies, restricted pool access for months, garage repairs resulting in no guest parking available at all). -The general cleanliness of the property has been at a decline. Millenium charges you a substantial amount of money to DNA test your dogs poop (so you can be billed if you don’t pick poop up). However I have stepped in other people’s dog poop countless times while attempting to clean up after my own dog. Additionally it is a frequent issue that dog poop/urine is found in common hallways and even was observed once in the elevator. Staff are aware as they will send an email or post a paper notice telling residents to pick up after their pet. I’m interested as to why the expensive fees for DNA testing when this technology does not appear to be utilized to keep the property clean. -As a resident you are required to pay for trash services. Fees for trash violations are intermittently and selectively applied. However trash services are not always consistent and there have been many days that they don’t show up at all. -Lastly, this area is very nice and there are multiple other apartment options at a similar price points (or cheaper) nearby that offer higher security in parking garages and better amenities.

I have lived in this apartment for over two years and they love to take your money. It's been under construction since I moved in with various projects. I did not have access to my balcony for roughly for the first three months and during that project, they busted a hole through my wall. The current problem is with the garage construction that has been ongoing for the last four months. They removed an entire floor of parking, over 100 spaces, and did not come up with a solution for their residents to park. With no available spots, myself and other residents parked in 'reserved' spots as they were the only ones available. I was charged over a $200 tow fee the following day. I was towed from an apartment complex I pay to park in yet they do not provide enough spots or any solutions moving forward as I'm sure this problem will happen again! An embarrassment on their part yet I am penalized. It's been over two weeks and I'm arguing with the regional manager. Stay away from this complex, such a struggle. I would not recommend any apartment complex owned by Willow Bridge Property Company to my friends that live in the area or anyone looking to move.

I have lived here for 2 plus year now. We have had so many issues from our cars being broke into and vandalized on two separate occasions, to roaches to rent increases, fire alarms going off, and people not cleaning up after their pets. Most recently they have a construction project in the garage with not enough parking and now we are not allowed to have guests. I even have a guest coming from out of state and had my roommate stay elsewhere to try and help them out and they won't help. When I first moved in the staff was amazing, now I'd recommend looking at other apartment communities. This is my last month thankfully!

I have lived here for a few months now and I DO NOT recommend moving here. Since June there has been a massive parking garage construction project going on and there is no longer a place to park. There is no end date to this project BTW. I work nights and get home to a closed off garage with no available parking. If I do find parking early in the afternoon then I wake up to a layer of dirt filth covered all over my brand new car due to the constant drilling and grinding into concrete. The front office doesn’t care at all about this issue and by reading some of the latest reviews residents are becoming fed up as they should be. In addition to all of that there is garbage piled up all over the complex despite having to pay extra on your rent for trash pickup. Awful

I would NEVER recommend Willow Bridge Property Company/ Millennium Westshore to any of my friends in the Tampa Bay Area or people moving to TPA. They just had an incident where MANY people were towed because of the FIFTH construction project that has gone in my 2 years living in the building. They had guests parking until MANY residents were towed 2 weeks ago. They were telling people to wait two weeks to hear from upper management, however the only reason it was told was to stall time to allow them to send an email AFTER the incidents occurred already that guest parking will not be allowed during parking project. Properties like this are here for the money and will never care about its customers. The property manager refuses to return calls and take accountability for her actions. She has shown zero respect for the people who had to pay for HER oversight. Please look into other apartment complexes to live and If something changes I will inform everyone if they make this right.
